A

Nondisclosure Agreement - (NDA)

A directive control that can help protect confidential information from being revealed to third parties by an employee or any other individual. SLA

A

Service-Level Agreement - (SLA)

Formally defines the scope of support that is provided between a service provider and a customer. For example, an SLA might contain a list of the services that a service provider has agreed to provide to the customer, the hours that a technician will be available to provide support, and any other specific agreements between the two parties. SLAs are typically legally binding contracts.

MOU

A

Memorandum of Understanding - (MOU)

A type of agreement that broadly establishes the common goals of two or more parties but does not formally outline the precise processes by which those goals will be achieved. In addition, MOUs are less strict than SLAs. However, an MOU can reference an SLA or can be the initial step in the process of establishing an SLA.
