What is a retrospective?
Evaluate how the last spring iteration or work items went specifically around the team dynamic, processes, and tools. NOT directly about the sprint work.
Regardless of what we discover, we understand and truly believe that everyone did the best job they could, given what they knew at the time, their skills and abilities, the resources available, and the situation at hand.
What does sprint retro include?
What went well? Who stood out and deserves a shout-out? What were some challenges? What were some process challenges? What's most important to work on out of these challenges?
