When an aggressive driver confronts you?
A
- Do no make eye contact
- Remain calm and relaxed
- Try to move away safely
- Do not challenge driver
- Wear a seat belt and encourage passengers to do the same
- Ignore gestures and shouts
- Report aggressive driver to law enforcement and give description of vehicle
- If you are being followed, drive to police station
- If driver is involved in crash, stay and report their behavior to the police

- Allow enough time for travel
- Adjust schedule to avoid traffic
- If you are late, call ahead to relax
- Do not drive when emotionally unstable
- Make your vehicle comfortable
- Be aware of how you sit
- Be polite
