A
Suggests we all have a natural instinct to become aggressive, that builds up until released. Can be released towards another human or through socially accepted means this is know as catharsis

A
Suggests aggression is a behaviour learned by observing others and experiencing reinforcement for such behaviours.

A
Suggest aggression comes from built up frustration by not achieving goals or progress blocked.

A
Combined with frustration-aggression and social learning theory. States that aggression occurs when you become frustrated.
