- Hypoxic Hypoxia
- Hypemic Hypoxia
- Stagnant Hypoxia
- Histo-toxic Hypoxia

When are you required to have supplemental oxygen?
A
- Operating above 12,500’ MSL for greater than 30 minutes, the required crew members must wear supplemental oxygen.
- Operating above 14,000’ MSL, the required crew members must use supplemental oxygen.
- Operative above 15,000’ MSL, the required crew members must use supplemental oxygen and make supplemental oxygen available to any passengers.

A
Abnormal loss of carbon dioxide, which is caused by excessively rapid breathing.

A
The body not being able to determine its position in space.
