A
  1. Operating above 12,500’ MSL for greater than 30 minutes, the required crew members must wear supplemental oxygen.
  2. Operating above 14,000’ MSL, the required crew members must use supplemental oxygen.
  3. Operative above 15,000’ MSL, the required crew members must use supplemental oxygen and make supplemental oxygen available to any passengers.
