Continuous training is a steady, moderate intensity to develop aerobic / cardiovascular endurance. It is a continuous with no brakes e.g. cycling.

A
Circuit involves a series of different activities. These can be sport specific or to develop specific areas of fitness. It needs to be adapted to suit an individuals needs.

Interval Training
A
This training is when an individual performs a work period followed by a rest/recovery period. So you work at a high intensity which is then followed by a rest/recovery time (this can include resting, light jogging or walking).
