advantages- can be adapted to suit any sport, can be adapted for any fitness level.
disadvantages- sometimes specialised equipment is required, might need a large enough space to set up the circuit.

interval training is when an individual performs a work period is followed by a rest/recovery period.
advantages- used to develop different areas of fitness, easy to organise and little equipment is needed.
disadvantages- can become difficult to keep going for log periods, higher risk of injury.
