Reference for prcessing all general cargo/mail ASAP but not to exceed 18 hours after receipt time, processing all transport priority (TP) 1 cargo/mail with expedite handling indicators within 12 hours of receipt time, in-check personnel expedite handling of Green Sheet and/or Purple Sheet cargo id’d by ACA/CSB
