Epi 1:1,000 Adult Dose
0.5mg IM, repeat every 15 min. Max of 3 doses (1.5mg)

May repeat every 5 minutes up to 3 doses (1.5mg)

1mg IV/IO, may repeat every 3-5 minutes

0.1mg/kg IM/IV/IO/IN, titrated to effect. Max single dose 2mg. May repeat up to 10mg.

0.4mg SL, may repeat every 5 minutes if HR >60, and systolic BP >100
