- theme and address of the attorney must be included.
- Attorneys can state that they specialize in an area of law.
- a lawyer may not state/imply she is certified specialist in an area of law unless she is actually certified

A
Solicitation of prospective clients in person, by live telephone, or by real time electronic contact is prohibited when a significant notice for the lawyer’s action is the lawyers pecuniary gain UNLESS
- person contacted a lawyer
- family member
- a close persoanl friend
has a prior prof relationship with soliciting lawyer.
