Answer 1

• Fall from height of 1m/5 stairs or greater
• Axial load to the head
• MVC- rollover, speed greater than 100 km. Ejection
  -Motorized Recreational vehicle
  -Medical risk factor (arthritis, prolonged steroid use, degenerative bone disease, Hx of cervical surgery)
