SE: Hypertension, insomnia, anxiety, arrhythmias

Uses: shock; heart block
SE: Palpitation; tachyarrhythmia; headache
Dobutamine
Class: β1-selective β agonist
MOA: Agonist: β1
Uses: Cardiac decompensation; shock; heart block
SE: Tachyarrythmias; hypertension

Uses: Prevent or reverse exercise-induced bronchospasm; mild asthma; COPD
SE: Can mask progressively severe inflammation; Tachycardia; muscle tremor

Uses: Nasal congestion; postural Hypotension
