- 100mg hydrocortisone IV/IO/IM
- 125mg methylprednisolone IV/IO/IM

A
Stress dose if known chronic condition with any of the following:
- Shock
- Fever
- Multi-system trauma
- Drowning
- Hyper/hypothermia
- Multiple longbone fractures
- 2nd or 3rd degree burns
- RSI may precipitate an adrenal crisis
