dexamethasone CRH test
dexamethasone 0.5 mg every 6 hours over 2 days for a total of 8 doses, administering CRH (1 μg/kg, intravenously) 2 hours after the last dose of dexamethasone, and measuring the serum cortisol 15 minutes later
