A

Similar to mediation, but a conciliator offers their opinions on how a compromise can be reached. This is not legally binding

A

Tribunals were established to deal with specific areas of law generally concerning social and welfare legislation, e.g. employment rights.

What is arbitration?

A

An arbitrator makes a deal judgement on the parties behalf. The decision made is an ‘award’ and is legally binding
