Q

give a generalisiblity point of leve et al

A

:( population validityleve eta al used 360 adoptive triads adopted between the times of 2003-2006 for his research environmental and biological issues. however not every person is adopted of born between the time of 2003-2006t/f this makes his finding of behavior and shifting focus ungeneralisable to the wider population.

Q

give a reliability point

A

:) standerdised questionsstanderdised questionairess where given out to all 360 adoptive triads on intelligance and antisocial behaviour of the child. t/f the findings on behaviour and shiffting attention are easy to replicate as cuae and effect has been established

Q

give a validity point

A

:) holisticconsiders the interation of both nature and nurture, as behaviour child exhibits after hey where adopted ( betwee 2003-2006) is considered as well as factors like their jeanst/f this increases the validity of the study as we can gage a full understanding of why the child behaves in a certain way based of nature and nurture.

Q

give an ethics point

A

:( informed consent a recruitment letter was sent round to families with asn opt-out card, however if participants did not fill this out then they would be considered as taking part in the study.t/f this could be seen as breaching the ethial guide line of informed consent as participants may have not fully understood the process of opting out of the study and so may have to participate against their will.
