Treatment of ADHD
Pharmacological: Ritalin, Sexedrine, Strattera
Therapy: psychoterapy, behavioral, parenting skills, social skills

Types of bullying
Physical. Pushing, kicking, hitting, pinching and other forms of violence or threats
Verbal. Name-calling, sarcasm, spreading rumours, persistent teasing
Emotional. Excluding, tormenting, ridicule, humiliation
Racist. Racial taunts, graffiti, gestures
Sexual. Unwanted physical contact or abusive comments.
Homophobic. Any hostile or offensive action against lesbians, gay males or bisexuals or those perceived to be lesbian, gay or bisexual.
Dealing with bullying
Individual: learning to be assertive, calm and confident
Interaction: finding people to help, knowing your rights, looking out for vulnerable
Environment: clear rules and ethos, open discussion, agreed sanction
