A
- Infants
- apathy, listless, poor feeding, weight loss, hypoactivity
- Preschool and school age
- mood changes, cry easily, somatic complaints, poor school performance, phobias, fire setting, self deprecatory thoughts
- Adolescents
- substance abuse, promiscuity, aggressive behaviour, stealing
- may appear irritable or angry w/o appearing sad
- often misdiagnosed
- Adulthood
- typical sx
- may be high functioning
- Diminished energy, irritability or excessive anger, relying on coping strategies are common
