Explain summer residency.
Summer residency is the requirement that all students entering a university in the SUS with <60 semester hours need to earn at least nine semester hours in summer prior to graduation.
Explain the differences between TCO and TCR.
TCO is for individuals with bachelor’s in a non-educational field who would like to take courses to prepare them for teaching. TCO does not lead to a degree or teaching certificate. TCR is for student who are preparing to renew a teaching certificate. TCO is eligible for FA.
