  • only 4 is Rome’s 14 districts were left unaffected by the great fire of Rome.
  • Nero constructed the Domos Anura but also rebuilt city with fire proof stone and better provisions of water and fire fighting equipment
  • accused Christians of starting fire to remove suspicions from himself, many arrested and brutally executed( burnt alive)
  • Nero was in action and returned to after immediate relief, which he paid for with his own money
