House purchase cover provides a free death benefit of £500k, the cover amount applied for or the house purchase price. Whichever is lower.

If the policy holder’s circumstances change ( becoming a parent, divorce, increased mortgage, increased salary) they may be able to take out more cover without any further questions been asked.

Note- policy needs to be in place for 6 months prior.
