A
The Addenbrooke’s has been shown to be a valid tool for detecting dementia. Two cut off points are often used depending on the required sensitivity and specificity. It has also been shown to be useful in differentiating dementia from pseudo dementia and for detecting cognitive impairment in atypical Parkinson syndromes.
