A
Creatinine level in urine or urine output overtime

What are some pre renal causes of AKI?
A
Congestive heart failure
Shock
Sepsis
Hypovolaemia
NSAIDs- prostaglandins not released
ACEi- RAAS not activated

Acute Tubular Necrosis- cells fall into lumen and cannot filter
Acute interstitial nephritis
Vasculitis
