Fever, rash, eosinophilia

- Penicillin

- NSAIDs

Systemic disease; SLE, sarcoidosis and Sjogren’s syndrome
Infection: Hanta virus, staphylococci

A
Marked interstitial oedema and interstitial infiltrate in the connective tissue between renal tubules
