Unstable angina, NSTEMI and STEMI MI, sudden death
What does form aster plaque rupture?
the plaque rupture leads to atherothrombosis, it is caused by unstable plaque
What is the cause plaque rupture ?
It is unpredictable, complex process, surface ruptures and physically breaks, before there is stress
What are the risk factors for plaque rupture ?
exercise, air pollution, inflammation
What are the symptoms of acute coronary syndrome?
Retrosternal pain, tight band, squeezing, heaviness, radiation to jaw, neck, arm, occurs at rest, it is aggravated on exertion, emotional stress, incomplete improvement on GNT or physical rest
What is the main difference between acute coronary syndrome and stable angina?
There are symptoms on rest
