A

L - leads on, BP cuff, pulse oximeter
I - IV line for venous access
S - systolic BP <90mmHg give 200ml saline bolus instead of morphine or nitrate
A - allergies

M - morphine 10mg in 9cc water 1-3mg every 15min
O - oxygen per mask if needed
N - nitrates sublingually
A - aspirin chew 1/2 or 1 tablet
