A
Decreased LOC 1. Bradycardia 2. Hypertension 3. Bradypnea May have decorticate then decerebrate posturing. Fixed dilated pupil. Focal findings.

6th nerve palsy: lateral rectus palsy with down and out position of globe
3rd nerve palsy: dilated pupil, ptosis
Triad: hypertension,bradycardia,irregular resps
