What are the symptoms of ABP?
A
Pain, may be referred to perineum, penis, rectum or back
Obstructive voiding symptoms may be present
Fever and rigors (possible)
DRI (tender, boggy prostate gland)

What is the management of ABP?
A
14 day course of quinolone
Consider screening for STIs
