Get a RR, measure PEFR if appropriate.

Administer 5mg Neb Salmutamol.

And 0.5mg Ipratoprium Neb.

Put on an ECG

Administer 100mg IV hydrocortisone.

Get a pulse, BP, cap refill time.

Check pupils

Get a blood sugar

Expose patient.
Look for any rashes etc.
