M/C in old men with atherosclerosis

* To confirm aneurysm (sac dilatation of aorta)

A
Pulsating mass inside the abdomen (umbilicus) - in the LUQ possible to palpate the aneurysm

Complications
A
- Rupture
- Retroperitoneal hemorrhage
