Bloods - Amylase/lipase (lipase more sensitive for pancreatitis)

new onset LBB can be a sign of an MI
RBB - not too worried about
Going away - leaving - left axis deviation
Going towards - arriving - right axis devation
Give some indications for abdominal x ray
Toxic megacolon
Foreign body
Management of this patient
Pain relief - paracetamol - IV
Calculate GLASGOW score - classifies severity of pancreatitis
NBM
IV fluids
IV Abx
Analgesia, encourage mobilisation
