A

-Also known as “accumulation” points

-Located between the fingers and elbows or toes and knees (except for St 34 which is above the knee)

-Qi of the channels gathers here and can be used for acute excess conditions mainly (also used to treat acute pain)

-The location of the point is usually over a crevice or cleft in the bone along the channel
