On the face, 0.1 cun medial and superior to the inner canthus of the eye, near the medial border of the orbit.

ST 1
With the eyes looking directly forwards, the point is located directly inferior to the pupil between the eyeball and the infraorbital ridge.
Ask the patient to close the eyes and look upwards. Use a finger to push the eyeball upwards and insert the needle, first slightly inferiorly, then P. 0.5 - 1 cun

ST 2
With the eyes looking directly forwards, this point is located 1 cun directly inferior to the pupil, in the depression at the infraorbital foramen.
P. 0.2 - 0.4 cun; T. to join with SI 18, LI 20; or P-O. slightly laterally into the infraorbital foramen, 0.3 cun
*eyeball, infraorbital nerve
ST 3
With the eyes looking directly forward, the point is located directly below the pupil, level with the lower border of the ala nasi, on the lateral side of the nasolabial groove.
P. 0.3 - 0.4 cun; T. to join with such points as ST 4, SI 18, etc.
ST 4
On the face, 0.4 cun lateral to the corner of the mouth.
T. to join with such points as ST 6, LI 20, REN 24, etc.
