Legal Causation: Thin Skull Rule, Chain of Causation
Factual Causation: Would not have happened ‘but for’ the fact

A

D must leave the victim as they were found. If V has a condition which worsens condition D is liable for further injury

A

Needs to prove legal and factual to avoid innocent people from being convicted.
