Manual, 2 MCB switches
Containment pressure Hi-1: 4.3# (2 of 3)
Pressurizer low pressure: 1800 (2 of 4)
Low Steamline pressure: 585# (2 of 3) any SG
- PZR pressure and Steamline pressure are blockable with P-11
Loss of Power Signal (LOP)
- First level UV - E-Bus voltage less than 70% for greater than 1.2 secs, time delay is bypasses if RAT Voltage is not present.
- Second Level UV - E-Bus voltage <95% for >6 secs with a concurrent SI signal
Main Steamline Isolation (MSI)
Manual, using either of two MCB switches
Containment Pressure HI-2: 4.3# (2 of 3)
Low Steam line pressure 585# (2 of 3 on any SG)
- Blockable with P-11
High steam pressure rate: 100# w/ (2 of 3 on any SG) 50 sec Time
Containment Phase A (T- Signal)
Any SI signal
Manual, Using either of two MCB switches
CBS actuation
Containment pressure HI-3: 18# (2 of 4)
Manual, 2 switches must be actuated simultaneously
Containment Phase B (P signal)
Actuation of CBS will cause Phase B
Containment Ventilation Isolation (CVI)
High rad levels: 2/2 for COP, 1 per train for Bridge monitor
Any SI signal

Feedwater Isolation (FWI)
P-4 combined with a low Tave 557 (2 of 4)
P-14 (SG high level) 90.8% (2 of 4 on any SG)

SG narrow range low level <20% (2 of 4 any SG)
LOP signal
Any SI
-occurs at EPS step 6
AMSAC, SG narrow range levels <13% for 12 sec (1 of 1 on 3 of 4 SG)
- This signal must be armed by C-20

Tower actuation (TA)

Loss of service water
- either SW ocean pump breaker closed for >28seconds and SW pump Discharge Pressure is <29.9# A train or <28.5# for B train for greater than 3 secs
Loss of E-bus power while on cooling tower, with cooling tower pump control switch in normal-after-start, and both ocean service water pump control switches in normal after stop or PTL
Control Room Filer Recirc. Mode (CRFRM)
Manual - Control switches - Starting CBA-FN-16A or B Any SI LOP High rad in either intake 2X background (1 of 2 per train)
