Mo ememt of the wrist toward the little finger side of the forearm.
Ulnar deviation
Movement of the wrist toward the thumb side of the forearm. Also used to describe the position of a displacement.
Radial Deviation
Bending foot in direction of dorsum (superior surface)
Dorsifelxion
Bending foot in direction of plantar surface (sole)
Plantar Flexion
Mov’t of the sole laterally at the intertarsal joints
Eversion
Mov’t of the sole medially at the intertarsal joints.
Inversion
The distal part of the legs is more lateral
