Subject to appeal re none action or particular action 28 days +2 to allow process otherwise then written notice to officer
IF hearing or special case, no need to wait as this not subject to appeal
IOPC
No final decision can be made by AA unless hearing/special case, until IOPC decision
Officer requirement
Within 14 days:
Accepts that the behaviour describes m/gm
That their behaviour amounts to m/gm
Where dispute writes with reference to area(s) or points of law
Any documents rely on for defence
Advise officer?
Person holding mm/mh and any other appointed to advise
Officer has 3 w/d to object and to object to replacements
Grounds - involvement lead to q’s re impartiality
