a person who holds a higher national diploma qualification in dispensing technology obtained in Ghana or its equivalent and is registered under this Part
pharmacy only medicine
a restricted medicine classified as such by the Food and Drugs Authority and other prescription only or over the counter medicines which may be sold or supplied by or under the supervision of a registered pharmacist
