Clothes shows that she is dear to him, fact that the first thing Macbeth does is sit down and write a letter to his wife after meeting which is shows he trust and confides in her and that they are very close. Also important he calls her partner, they seem to be equal in this relationship, usual in Shakespearean times. Third thing he refers to her as greatness shows she expires to greatness, both ambitious people.
My dearest partner of greatness
She is afraid that his natural slate of being in that or kindness and that he is too full of kindness to be ruthless. He wants to be great, he has ambition but he doesn’t have the determination and willingness to commit evil deeds necessary.
Yet do I fear the nature, it is too full o’ the milk of human kindness‘/to cast the nearest way thou wouldst be great, Art not without ambition, but without the illness should attended it
