Helps with working on other platelets receptors and keeping them from clumping up
MONA
Morphine helps with vasodilation and pain; used when nitroglycerin isn’t getting relief; be sure to monitor respiratory status and BP
Oxygen
Nitroglycerin helps with vasodilation and to remove any pain; be sure to monitor BP
Aspirin- keeps platelet from sticking together
Beta Blockers
Helps with heart failure; decreases o2 demand by decreasing HR
“lol” ending drugs
ARB and ACEI drugs
“Sartan” ending drugs and “Pril”
If stable, used 1st 24hrs
