benozyl peroxide topical
retinoids topical
systemic retinoid (isoretinoin) for severe acne because of 90% of birth defects
Abx topical - erythromycin/clindamycin
systemic Abx- erythromycin, trimethoprim
anitandrogens (oral contraceptives)
hyferacation
lase
steroid injections
oral steroids
Acne rosacea
not well understood
presents in middle aged people

sun exposed faces and chest
erythema, telengiactasia, flushing, papules and pustules
rhinophyma
blepharitis
lymphoedema
