Synchronized Cardioversion!! (You may give a trial of adenosine if narrow, and regular.)

A
- vagal maneuvers
- Adenosine
- β-blockers or Ca++ channel blockers

What do you do for a stable pt. w/ wide-complex tachycardia?
A
Amiodarone or Sotalol (You may consider adenosine if reg and monomorphic.)
