A
Methyldopa
– ACE and ARBs can cause fetal renal malformations
– Amlodipine has minimal data

Warfarin management in pregnancy
A
- Okay to keep warfarin in 1st trimester if daily dose is < 5 mg
- If transitioning to lovenox then goal is 0.8-1.2

In what conditions is pregnancy contraindicated
A
- Marfans with aorta > 45 mm
- BAV with ascending aorta > 50
- Severe MS
- Symptomatic severe AS
- Native severe coarc
- Severe systemic ventricular dysfunction
- Severe PH/Eisenmenger
