  • Maintain current MCT roster

  • Must obtain PAR’s for their crew
  • Must keep crew intact and maintain awareness of crews exit air supply
  • Must ensure passport is delivered/retrieved to accountability location prior to entering/ exiting hot zone

  • Passports will be maintained at the point of entry to the hot zone
  • Passports will never enter the hot zone
  • Passports will be retrieved by crews upon exiting the hot zone
  • Passport accountability location is the engine where crew deployed hoseline

A
  • Any report of a missing or trapped firefighter
  • Any change from offensive to defensive strategy
  • Any sudden hazardous event at the incident – flashover, Backdraft, collapse, Mayday, etc.
  • Report of an all clear
  • Report of under control
  • 30 minutes elapsed time
  • Anytime command feels it is necessary
