•The Acclarent Inflation Device is intended to inflate and deflate the balloon while monitoring the balloon pressure.
•The optional Extension Tubing may be attached to the Inflation Device. This will extend the working length of the high pressure tubing and is used to draw fluid into the barrel of the device.
•The white markings denote the volume of fluid within the barrel.
o A volume of 6-8cc’s of fluid is used to inflate the Relieva Ultirra.
o A volume of 6-16cc’s is needed to inflate the Inspira Air Balloon Dilation System. The specific volume is based on the Inspira Air Balloon size selected.

•The pressure gauge is marked in 2 atmosphere increments up to 20 atmospheres.
o The Relieva Ultirra should be inflated within a range of 8-12 atmospheres.
o The Inspira Air Balloon Dilation System should be inflated within a range of 5-16 atmospheres, based on the balloon size selected.
•The lock lever engages or disengages the piston handle.
o In its unlocked position, the piston handle can be pulled back to aspirate fluid.
o In its locked position, the piston handle may be turned clockwise to inflate the balloon.
