Conditional fee arrangements

The solicitor and client agree the fee that would normally be charged for such a case
They will also agree a “success fee” which could be up to 100% of their normal fee
If they win the solicitor gets normal fees+success fee
If they lose the solicitor gets nothing or an agreed minimum fee
