A
- The most important function of criminal justice is to provide fairness under the law.
- They should concentrate on defendant’s rights not victims
- Police powers should be limited to prevent oppression

- They should concentrate on victim’s rights rather then defendants.
- Legal technicalities that restrict police should be eliminated.

- left realism (oppression triggers confrontations)

- plea bargains> trials(slower)
