What is the polices relationship with other organizations
Courts- Providing evidence/ giving statements , and transporting criminals to and from court
CPS- Take advice from the CPS on charging suspects , The police provide CPS With evidence to build their case so it can be taken to court.
Probation services and Hm Prisons- Co operate with them in managing sex offenders that live within the area.
What is the CPS relationship with other organizations
Police- advise the police on charging suspects, Request police for evidence to build a case
Court- prepare and present the case to court using an experienced advocate , CPS will provide anything the judge requests (where possible) if the trial goes ahead.
What is the sentencing councils relationship with other organisations
The courts/ Judges- The judges sit in court and guided by the sentencing council this is to ensure that there is fairness and consistency across all UK courts
