What is a diagnostic criteria for Apla syndrome?
Modified Sapporo criteria/Sydney criteria
(1 clinical +1 lab is criteria for Dx)
List four clinical criteria of modified Sapporo criteria for diagnosis of apla
1) history of arterial or Venous thrombosis
2) history of 3 or more T1 abortion < 10 weeks
3) history of 1 or more feet loss >10 weeks
4) history of 1 or more pre-term labour < 34 weeks due to utterly insufficiency or pregnancy induced hypertension
Drugs given in septic abortion
Ampicillin + gentamicin + metronidazole
Most common cause of shock during abortion
Septic abortion(most common)
Incomplete abortion(2nd m/c)
