Origin: Tho.Lum. Fascia, iliac crest, ant sup iliac spine
Insertion: inf rib 10-12, xiphoid, linea alba, pelvis
Function: ips lat flex, IPS ROT
Transversus Abdominis
Innervation: Lower thoracoabdo + subcostal + L1 (T6-L1)
Origin: tho. Lumb. Fascia, costal cart rib 7-12
Insertion: linea alba, pubic crest
Function: stabilization, increase ab pressure
Rectus Abdominis
Innervation: Lower abdominal + subcostal n. (T6-T12)
Origin: Pubic crest, Pubic symphysis
Insertion: cost cart rib 5-7 + xiphoid
Function: trunk flex, compress ab contents
